THe VitaCosmoX Lutein & Zeaxanthin with Bilberry 445 MG is a great blend. I have used Lutein Zeaxanthin for many years and my vision has stayed consistent for several years. TThe 240 Capsule size is a great purchase for the conservative buyer. The beginning of macular degeneration was detected more than twenty years ago and it hasn't progressed, due I absolutely believe to the use of the Lutein Zeaxanthin supplements. I can highly recommend the VitaCosmoX supplement to anyone looking protect their vision.
The review would have been much better but the 30mg capsules weren't available so they sent 50mg @ 5% concentration which in reality is only 2.5% mg
I think this product is one best that I have used for the eyes health.
