Shipping policy

Our shipping policy offers free, GA shipping that takes 3-10 business days. We do not ship on weekends and our shipping department works from 9:00 AM to 4:30 P.M. PST. We offer shipping services via Fedex, USPS, or UPS. In case of loss or damage in shipment it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier immediately, then contact VitaCosmoX’s Customer Service Department by online contact form or email,  cs@vitacosmox.com.

We will be closed for the following holidays:

  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

Please allow extra time around these holidays for orders to be processed and shipped.

Our return policy requires items to be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and within 30-days.  Also please indicate the return reason prior to starting a return. All return requests and inquiries can be forwarded to our customer service email: cs@vitacosmox.com.
